The average that I ask for vacant apartments is $55.00 for a one bedroom, $65.00 for a 2 bedroom 2 baths, and I charge extra if the ovens are bad, or the tubs are bad.
Additionally, I offer house cleaning for residents. From thorough kitchen and bath cleaning, to dusting base boards and emptying waste baskets, laundry, or preparing your home for a special occasion- Topsy Turvy can do it all!
Alas, I provide all cleaning supplies, less a client has special requests and provide materials desired, (as when a client has allergies or are environmentalists, etc.)
