A non-profit lineage and heritage society. The national organization was established in 1896, the Illinois division was re-established in 1987. We take care of Confederate soldiers graves, provide memorial services and collect money through our 501 c (3) IRS exemption. We also provide a speakers bureau for Genealogical Societies within Illinois to help researchers with their own family tree exploration. We also can provide a classroom experience for your history students!
