4) MORE Hybrid and low consumption/alt fuel vehicles.

5) Higher efficiency heating systems and building designs.

The net effect will cause global oil markets to shift, and pricing to become LESS of a US and EU based concern.

The clincher is global warming. This will press China and India to become "more" eco-friendly. if not, Russia, EU, US, Canada, Brazil own the bulk of the food crops. That means these countries call the shots. War and disease will have the primary purpose of population control.
