Vatican to decide future of bishop in Uruguay accused of homosexual activities

Catholics in Uruguay are waiting to see whether or not the Vatican will take action in the case of Bishop Francisco Barbosa da Silveira of Minas, who has been accused by priests in his diocese of engaging in homosexual activities.
