This reminds me of the banking case against Wikileaks a few years ago out of Caymans. Wikileaks was protected under the First Amendment because because the documents leaked weren't legally protected such as: state secrets or court order.

I am not sure that this is about free speech or any of the factual background about Misick and the corruption report. This case will be about Wikileaks publishing a court ordered sensored document.
