Australia gave money to Tongan to build a process building for fish and Tuna to export to oversea market.The idea was that the government can run it with the money they gave them so local can get employment and also money will come in to the country.BUTT ofcourse government got other idea with the money when the builing was up.To cover some track they sold licence to Chinese and Korean.Pacific Blue got 3 boat South Pacifi resources 6.This Tuna boat earn about $1 millon a year so it about $6millon a year after running cost.Back to the Aid Australia gave Tonga was to help the government.The idea was Tongan got mass water and our land is small so the natural resources we got on the water is rich with fish Tuna and so on that market from oversea want.Since the government sold the licence to Chinese and Korean the money was surpose to come to the Tongan gone with it.So we missed out once again for we have mismanagement the budget by our leader.You think of the children that could have shine from this project and idea that Australia gave us only to be taken away by thief on the government.IF you go to the whaft across Tavern in Tongan you see that building was build by Aid from Australia and if you go round to the back you be disgust that so much money was put in that the freezer is not working and you see how dirty its it and yet no one look after it.The only place is clean is where some people sell fish.The government left it for someone else.Abuse of aid money shame shame tongan Government
