Red-shirts submit letter to governor

At least 2,000 red-shirts led by Kwanchai Praiphana rallied at Udon Thani city hall on Friday and handed the governor a letter calling for justice for former provincial police chief Pol Maj-Gen Permsak Paradornsak, who has been dismissed from the service.
