Doha agreement achieved its aims - Qatari premier

BEIRUT: Qatari Premier Sheikh Hamad bin Jassem bin Jaber al-Thani told Al-Jazeera TV on Wednesday evening that the "goals" of the Doha agreement, which put an end to street clashes between pro-government and opposition gunmen in May 2008 "have been achieved."
