Japan neither forgives nor forgets North Korean abductions

Of course they won't. That's Japan citizens that NK is abducting. If I was president, or prime minister of a country like Japan, and I had a country adbusting my people and refusing to give them back, I sure as heck would not forgive that country, nor forget what they did.
