Plenary debate on Antilles cancelled

A plenary debate on the constitutional process of the Netherlands Antilles in the Dutch Parliament's Second Chamber was cancelled Wednesday because Member of Parliament Hero Brinkman of the Party for Freedom PVV, who had requested the meeting, was late.
