A bit too late for this boring story to re-emerge again and again.I am for the freedom of the individual to express themselves but this type of behaviour should not be tolerated.The least you can say it is illegal and socially irresponsible. Now consider this: few people smoking drugs in a public place anywhere in the world.Naturally they will be arrested for breaking the law and causing an offence.That is exactly what happened to these handful of publicity-starved,culturally remote,individuals.
