Now...if you target an Israeli soldier at a checkpoint, totally legal. If you happen to kill an Israeli civilian -or even many civilians- while getting that soldier at that checkpoint, still totally legal. Collateral damage is allowed by law, so long as the target is a valid military target. If we applied your logic then the first time Fatah had some kid set themselves off in a hospital, then it would become legal for Israel to carpet-bomb Gaza. After all, targeting civilians is now legal, right? This is why you guys lose the moral and legal high-ground. <quoted text> Doesn't matter what they support, it's still illegal. Civilians are civilians. They're either legal combatants or they're not, and civilians are not legal targets no matter who or what they vote for. Using your logic the IDF could really turn Gaza into the open air shooting gallery Gray talks about. After all, they voted for Hamas, right? Even the ones that didn't vote for Hamas voted for the other terrorist group, Fatah, right? <quoted text> I'm not talking about innocent. I'm talking about legal. Civilians are not legal targets. Period. That you can't seem to keep that straight is why your side has lost the legal and moral high-ground. <quoted text> It's this kind of statement that has people equating anti-Israel with anti-Semitism. Saying "holocaust story" implies that you're a holocaust denier, but then saying, "Jews never did learn anything from that..." implies you think Jews deserved the Holocaust. That you have the audacity to praise God at the end of that nasty bit of hate gives fuel to the islamaphobes. If you associate God with hate then you can't really blame others for concluding that Islam is a religion of hate. They learn by your example. You deny the expulsion and you worry about me denying the Holocaust. Let’s get this straight: you guys PO’d the German people with your betrayal by making side deals with Britain on December 28, 1917 with the Zionist Congress’s acceptance of the Balfour Agreement. And yes I have a document for that betrayal which you don’t have for your claims for our land. Collaborators are never treated nicely after the fact and Jews were collectively found guilt for their crimes and a collective punishment was inflicted upon them. Was this terrible? Yes it was but this did not prevent Jews from inflicted a collective punishment on innocent Palestinians whose only crime was getting in the way of your Zionist ambitions. Yes it is illegal to target innocent people period. There are no innocent people occupying our land is there. I hope that clears thing up for you. Now that we understand that targeting innocent people is illegal let’s have a look at the number of Palestinians killed compared to the number of Israelis. You’ve got us beat ten to one and that number is not good enough for you? Regardless of your propaganda it is Israel that is in violation of UN Resolutions 183 and 194. Let’s not forget 242 either. It is we Palestinians who hold the legal and moral high ground. You will have your opportunity to defend your views in an International Court, something we would love to do.

When you say it is this kind of statement that has people saying this or that. Do you think Osama cares what Israelis or Americans think? You Zionist have perpetually accuse us of hate and use it as an excuse for not complying with UN Resolutions 183, 194 and 242. You use the excuse of our alleged hatred as an excuse to justify your occupation. What law allows you to do that? You must have made it up. If hating your tormentors is a crime, charge us with it and take us to court.

I am sure it is my fault Israel is in violation of UN Resolutions 183, 194 and 242. What can I do to help you conform.

I should apologize for supporting people fighting for freedom from your oppression and religious persecution? Silly isn't it. Anything or anybody that makes your support for our occupation more expensive or if it produces political chaos for you people it has got to be good. Why it is nobody can explain why this Zionist state is so important for you people? I strongly suspect you don’t have a clue as to why. When I look at the amount of money you have poured into this silliness it is obviously much more important than health care, and that puzzles me. Advocating support for Al-Qaeda from Canada is contrary to Canadian law your not real bright are you? We don't approve of foreign jihads being propagated from our peaceful country and our laws flouted are you above the law? Do you need a copy of the Canadian anti-terror act sent to you? Oppression and religious persecution in Canada? Trying to connect Canadian citizens such as i to Isreali policies is just nonsense there is no connection.

Maybe you could explain why Israel needs to run a system that parallels Apartheid? I love your lies about how the UN gave the land to the Jews, how this dispute is about Anti Semitism how the Arabs started all the wars as well as that God herself gave the land to the Jews. Not end to your hatred and lies. Maybe your BS will last for eternity? Good luck.

Do you need a copy of the Canadian anti-terror act sent to you? Holy Batman, if only there was a quick-and-easy way to REPORT the terrorist-sympathizer to the proper authorities....

They do tend to be rather ubiquitous. And yes, it is difficult to distinguish the two when not in uniform and hiding amongst or masquerading as civilians. Please read your own post and see if that applies to Israelis.

What do you call a soldier off duty and out of uniform? A civilian. What do you call a reservist out of uniform and not on active duty? A civilian. Sorry, but this lame excuse doesn't fly. They are still not legal targets. This is only a thin rationalization for your side targeting civilians.

Arrogantly bragging about the 13 Al-Qaeda highjakers and praise of Bin Laden is support who do think your fooling? Freedom of speech has it's limit of acceptability. We have no need of your Jihadist types washing up upon our shores preaching conflict rejecting all peace settlements and vowing endless war. Common sense is something your dearly lacking.

In 1948 -- the lands granted by UN Partition to Palestinian Arabs was confiscated by Egypt and Jordan. Both countries occupied those lands and brutally oppressed the Palestinian Arabs.
Palestinian Arabs should be demanding right of return to Egypt and Jordan -- not Israel.
