Social Security Number Glitch Fixed

The Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands and the Republic of Palau all have their own Social Security systems, but the agencies treated numbers issued by the three nations as if they were U.S. numbers, regardless of whether they were already in use.
