Your sources seem to lack coherence in the chain of events. For example, Rajoelina's decision of forming an unilateral government came right after Maputo II when he came back to Madagascar "for consultation with his base" and triggered the frustration of the other three leaders, that is Ravalomanana, Ratsiraka, and Zafy.
Also, Rajoelina took over power with military support. As of today, the mutiny military, which structure does not fall into the traditionally, universally-recognized army hierarchy, is violently repressing any protest movement. Coincidentally, targets are always shot at their heads, regardless of any circumstances and no protest is allowed. Madagascar wants constitutional order but Rajoelina and his supporters that do not in any case represent the majority of the population want to impose himself. Any change of government needs to be constitutional and Rajoelina has not proven yet that he respects either the Malagasy Constitution or basic Human Rights. The situation in Madagascar is far more complex than a conflict Rajoelina-Ravalomanana. In the meantime, what has been rebuilt by Ravalomanana over the course of his mandate has been destroyed since Rajoelina took over power. Madgascar is on the brink of civil war and heading towart an economic and soical bankrupcy.
