Iran urged to accept UN draft deal on nuclear issue

The United States and Germany said Thursday that their patience to Iran "is not endless," urging Tehran to accept a UN-backed draft deal over its nuclear program.

can somebody explain, why should Iran give low enriched uranium to Russia and France? Can this uranium not be used by reactor in this nuclear power plant yet? Must it be more enriched? It costs probably more. Must another countries for instance Israel or france make such circus with uranium to have a fuel?
It must give profits for Iran too.
