Musicians pay tribute to the boss of Belize

My name is wilfrid hoffmann,i am French and 48 years old. When i was 20 in the 1979, I went to Sarteneja and lived there for a while. I was so impressed by this place and his rich culture that in July 1979, I bought a sailing ship (without motor) made there in this same village. I decided to live in this boat during one year long and I have sailed many times the Chetumal bay up and down going out to the Caribbean sea through San Pedro, Cay Caulker , Belize City etc….Many times, I used to go to dance in Belize city to “the Greek”. Sometime also, I used to dance all night long listening to the Belizeans bands playing in the Chetumal esplanade in front of the Chetumal bay. Now I would like to write a book of all my adventures in Belize. Unfortunately I can’t remember the name of the well known Belizeans bands of those years (1979)…I can’t find it either on the internet. Could someone give me the hand on this one?

The bands in Belize in 1979 was , Los Belicenios ,Lord rhaburn Combo, the Professionals, Glen Bood Combo, The Harmonetts and Los Caneros from Orange Walk, The Vibrations, Messengers,Gilharry 7 from Corozal.
