Why does NZ and Australia continue to fund headquarters for regional bodies in Fiji. These bodies should move to other pacific islands that have democratically elected governments and no armies. The smaller islands with smaller tax bases would welcome the injection of cash that comes with having those bodies placed in their communities and it would give their qualified people the opportunities for jobs at a regional level. Logistically it makes sense as well - one flight into a centre without having to fly from Nadi to Suva. Regional training could then be spread around the region (where the headquarters move to). The Pacific Forum Secretariat should be the first body to be moved.

The answer is simple. Nobody wants to fund the other Pacific Islands. Do the other Pacific Islands have anything good at all to offer?

Now to pray for a coup in Samoa, then maybe, we can finally begin to 'expel' them.

It's about endless drama caused by backwards and primitive islanders. It's about the New Zealand people being tired of having to clean up the messes made by your kind. It's about time you got yourself a one way ticket back to samoa.

What drama ? hmmm, fairly simple really. Samoans are grossly overrepresented in every negative statistic available. Pound for pound (no pun intended) Samoans are a drain on New Zealand. The positives of them being here do not overcome the negatives. It is time for us to wake up and start shipping them back. New Zealand cannot continue to be a refuse port for Samoa's excess population.

Whats with all the hate?. So much anger, and rage wow...lol. If those negative statistics about us makes your insignificant self feel better and somewhat superior go right ahead...lol. I'm just enjoying watching you stress yourself out unnecessarily. It's not good for your heart let alone your health...rotfl.

I do sometimes wonder if you far left zealots really buy into your propaganda. Are you so out of touch that you honestly think any dissent towards your world view is hate ? to be perfectly honest it could not be further from the truth. It is a love of my heritage that motivates me. A knowledge of history, that enlightens me, things were better not so long ago.
Care to rattle off the great Samoan philosophers ? how about the great Samoan inventors ?......... great Samoan anything ? the great Samoan immigrant who manages to pop out 15 anchor babies all paid for by welfare does not count as an achievement.
Ok, I tell you what. Run the numbers. How many New Zealanders are in Samoa, claiming benefits, reaping the rewards that Samoa has to offer, taking but not giving ? my guess is that it is nothing compared to the Samoans leaching off this country.
Your little insult attempts fall nowhere near the mark. You need to work on them. My issues are not unfounded. One crime committed by a Samoan in New Zealand is one crime too many, because simply there should be no Samoans here.

Oh poor PC..and all these talk about philosophers, inventors, people on the benefit, and those who commit crimes blah blah blah. Are these suppose to make me feel what less a person, ashamed of my heritage what?. If that's the case think again pal...lol. You really do sound like a miserable, bitter housewife honestly...lol. Please don't make me laugh, a love of your heritage?. Which one, your PI heritage?. You must hate yourself that much that you have to be mean and nasty just to be heard...lol

BTW if you're so proud of your so called heritage (suspect) then why the need to inflict despair, discontent and hate on others. I don't recall any Samoans or PIs coming on here deliberately disrespecting you and your aliases...lol

Nice try PC that is one hell of a bait if you ask me.

Goodnight, don't get your blood pressure up too high trying to dig up all the dirt on your own people..Sooooooooo sad...lol.

And fiji has what to offer that australia or new zealand cant get from any other pacific island/s. Nothing. Maybe they have the stance they have because they respect and acknowledge fijians right to FREELY elect its prime minister.

Their always scrapping in here due to the fact they see the coup debacle as a racist issue. IT ISNT. Hell if i go to iran should i whinge and bitch about its electrol system till im blue in the face because i dont like it and then try ( in fiji they actually did ) get help from the military to FORCE people to do as i say. Democracy is the issue. If change is needed then do it democratically, if you cant, then leave it alone or leave the country, pretty simple. Australia supports the people of fiji to keep its electrol system if they so choose and to elct its prime minister DEMOCRATICALLY. Lets face it whats fiji doing with a child as its commander.
