Chinese tourists expected to boost Fiji's economy

The Fiji government and tourism stakeholders said on Tuesday they expect tourism numbers to boom with increased airlines servicing Fiji and a direct flight from China to the Fiji resort city of Nadi.

Fiji could easily become the next Hawaiian islands made by the Chinese, if a Chinese airline uses Fiji as the hub of the airline to connect Macao with Rio de Janeiro; San Diego/ Acapulco with Sydney.

So Fiji: you need to kiss the asses of the Chinese to become prosperous.

I have read that the Chinese government have plans to connect Macao to any point in Brazil because both places have Portuguese culture.

Then the US and Mexican connection with Australia by-passing Hawaii.

What takes to see this to come true? That Fiji kiss the asses of the Chinese powerfuls or guarantee the Chinese investment returns by incorporating with China under the 'One Country, Two Systems' policy.

Really this is not a bad idea!!!

If you have a better idea for the future of Fiji throw it out. Hawaii is what it is, is because Hawaii has the US's backing.

Fiji is at the cross road to choose China or Australia, and China at this point seems more likely to be the one country who can support this idea.

A perfect start for China is to link the three ex-Portuguese colonies - Macao, Brazil and East Timor.

Then the second step will be linking Toronto, San Diego, Mexico City and Sydney.

Kissing Chinese asses could be very productive for the Fiji's.
