Estonian doctor denies aid to Russian patients

A doctor in ex-Soviet Estonia's capital Tallinn denied medical help to two Russian patients because they could not speak Estonian, Estonian television reported on Saturday.

As a Russian in the U.S., I have begun to understand how stupid RIA Novosti is for pure proganda (mixed in with simple news).
It's the equal to North Korea's state run website.

As an Estonian with an Estonian father and Russian mother I think that is shameful if true. I live in the us and I think that Estonia needs to embrace its mixed culture just like US. At the same time I think that if you live in a country you should speak the language. I wonder if these patients had just moved to Estonia or just never learned to speak Estonian?
