The whole country is opperated at his order, so if somehow the need to kick you out he will make any accusation that he feel like to proof his case, and you will have no chance to prove it otherwise, because the legal system the news every thing is there to serve him. For example the 1998-2000 war with Ethiopia was stopped and maintained by the intervention placed peace keepers. The presence of these peace keepers remained for some time untill Issayas decided their presence was no longer needed. So he accused them of showing disrespect to national currency, wasting resources, and more. consequently they were told to leave and soon the Government just cut supplys such as petroll for their vehicles, and as a result they left. Now the the two countries are in no war no peace situation, thanks to the two power hunger leaders of each country.
