A design built since 1981? Your point I assume is that only quality products remain in demand for so many decades?

Dear Uther, I apologize. I lived in Estonia for 6 months and I absolutely agree about the beauty of slavic women. Truthfully, when I arrived there I almost walked into an on-coming bus because I couldn't believe the 4 or 5 gorgeous women who were casually going about their daily business. My friend told me not to break my neck because there would be plenty more as well. He was right. In 6 months I saw more beautiful women from Estonia, Russia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania.

Again Uther, I apologize and stand corrected. Ps, I also agree with your quote "Trust no one in Politics."

Ps, may I ask you which country you are from?

Sincerely, SG

You misunderstood my comment. This is 2009, and this is very old technology. Ecuador purchased more modern helicopters from India, and one of them crashed recently!

Don't think investing in 1981 technology is a good way to spend money.

Then go ahead and buy some f22's at 335 million apiece.

You should be able to buy one or two.
For every hour it flies it needs 30 hours of maintenance.
It doesn't like the rain.
And it can't communicate with others.

It's the "newest" technology.....

Hm, you better ask WHY Equador decided to buy old design helicopters?- Russia has the most sophisticated new military helicopters in the world, like "Kasatka", "Aligator" etc - it is enough to google for "the best military helicopters in the world"... I think that new models are too expansive for Equador - one modern helicopter costs the same as 6-7 those old which you bought...Also I wonder what can make you to try to make jokes about Rusian helicopters if you in tour country can't produce no any at all?...Don't buy if you don't want, right?...Also I am not sure that any country would sell you the last design (including Russia)- try to produce smth. yourself .

I hope Tio Raffy is reading this: Ivan will NEVER sell his best helicopters or technology to you. But Ivan will be happy to station his komrads all over your country and bring in his 'mafia' komrads as well. But dont worry, you can call U.S. any time mis amigos. And, like the stupid gringos we are, we will come to help you.

Daily Horoscope for December 6

Taurus

If you gave up over what happened yesterday, you stand a better chance of sorting things out today. Talking to the person who failed to go for the teamwork may help to get a grip on the situation, especially if you manage to avoid recriminations or accusations. Instead, do your best to be as understanding and compassionate as possible. Or just let it go.
