I reckon these thugs should be dealt with by the Cypriot Judicial System - at least the punishment would match the crime.

English jails are overflowing, thanks to the influx of foreign criminals, and England is going soft regarding justice.

Yes it was. The boys were passengers in the vehicle which hit the rider who conspired.

It appears the offending driver was suitably punished.
