Considering these men are kidnapp victims who have NEVER been found guilty of a single thing nor has a single charge bought against them.

They deserve not only the vaccine but to have UN sue for billions of dollars on their behalf.

I hope other countries dont start kidnapping Americans and holding them for years without a trial and no charge.

In order to be called a terrorist I would think they would have had to engage in terrorist activity . At min planned it,etc. Considering they have never been even charged I consider them innocent as does UN and all of Europe.

the White House said today that they were never going to give detainees H1N1 shots and they don't know how that "rumor" started. It was started by the Pentagon, so either they or the sources at the Pentagon were "misinformed".

There was not enough vaccine for a hospice in northern NJ where they have 400 children with various serious conditions. They were given 100 doses by the DOH, enough to vaccinate 25% of the children just once when they really need 2 doses, 3 weeks apart. How dare they waste these on this terrorist vermin when there are innocent high risk American children that need it! How dare they!

I have not read all the posts, but I think that the point may have been missed. The whole idea is to stop the spread of the h1n1 virus. I do not agree with prisoners getting a vaccine 1st, but if they are at high risk to passing or getting the flu, it may make sense. But they are all isolated from people, but the gaurds. Giving them a vaccine would only make sense if they were in the target group of people to get or pass the flu. The only way they could pass the virus is to pass it to the gaurds or others that come in contact with them. Health care workers have been and are currently being given the vaccine. This is done more for the chance of spreading than to protect the health care worker. It would make more sense to give gaurds and those that come in contact with the prisoners the vaccine. The US has never given meds or vaccines to the enemy. They have always given protection to our troups prior to deployment. The only way to provent spread, is to isolate. Thank you, Jim
