Voter list delayed in Abidjan

By Loucoumane Coulibaly Abidjan - A final list of voters for Ivory Coast's election, meant to take place on November 29, will not be ready until the end of the year, the United Nations said on Tuesday, pointing to the scale of the latest of many delays.
