Mr. Miick, who built our home and has since moved to exclusively woodworking, has to this date (one year after the purchase) still not completed several projects that he promised would be done before the closing date. He has absolutely no customer service skills, doesn't return phone calls, doesn't show up when he says he will, and just plain can't be trusted when he speaks. If you are considering using this business, be prepared for the above.
