Judge it!
I don't see how there could really be any change as the USA continues to expect to get everything it wants and is giving nothing.... They got to push their behinds into Russia as they whined about having to use Russian skies and land to get their military garbage into Afghanistan as if their world agression hasn't netted them over 700 bases...
I predict... that Russia will not sign that travesty of a restart farce as the USA expects a lot of concessions and is giving nothing....
Hopefully... Russia will tell the USA to get to Afghanistan via India and pakistan instead...
