Chirac and Dominique De Villepin ,his then minister of foreigh affairs are a bunch of crooks who are robbing Africa.
They robbed Cote d'ivoire, Togo, Centrafrica, gabon, Benin, Burkina Faso ,mali and more.

Sarkozy and co are the deadliest criminals and terrorists in the Francofone African countries . That little Napoleon called Sarkozy is only playing dirty politics with the respected names of Chirac and Villepin, his political enemies . I won't say that these men were innocent of the arms crimes in Africa, but Sarkozy is actully committing the worst of these crimes now in the African continent .He's a dangerous human being even in France .

You Africans are the biggest "Chumps" of the world. Its YOUR own fault that other countries are allowed to come in and rape your resources. Your own leaders reap huge payoffs from all these different countries and company's because of the rampant corruption. Your Moral weakness and tribal loyalty under cut your countries people every time...no matter who it is. The Chinese will drop your asses like a monkey and a banana peel when they Finnish plundering all the resources of your country. Africans could have a great economy if they weren't so lazy and corrupt. you will rather murder each other and sell your brother out to the White, black, brown or yellow man than work together for your country. Keep blaming everyone else for your weakness and corruption....the world will keep taking all your resources till they are gone and then its....back to the jungle for you.

You sound harsh but am afraid you so right my friend.Its so true that you say.DosSantos, the Angolan president is so old and he don't understand the reality of this new world.New he want to invite Russians to help him collect diamond.What a fool!The Russians are the biggest crooks of modern history.They have an IQ way over the average and a mind of criminals.They will plunder Africa so bad that the Belgium and the French will pass for benefactors in comparison.

Angola want to be modern so fast but they lack the essencial.There is no control for corruption,and nobody evaluate the rapid job of the Chinese.The Digg huge hole, put some nuclear waste and then build an house or a highway.Like that they help their country get rid of polluting waste in the same time.

Canada or the USA would never do something like that because they are democratic and respect ethics but those Africans they run to the arms of Russia,china to get things done fast and cheep.

You have some truths in what you have just said about Africa and African leaders but if I may ask, was it an advice or an insult?. If it's an insult, you can go on because we're used to it, but if it's an advice, watch it because we won't accept advice from blood thirsty pink apes like you guys . Africans are not weak, rather we're patient and peace loving, we're only giving our corrupt leaders time to change and if they don't, we, the next generation leaders knows exactly what to do and we will do it when the time comes, don't you worry for us, it will be better you worry for your blood adventurous traditions . Some of you thinks you're wise when actually you're foolish, Africa is a natural home of over 700 million people, are you wiser than all of them?. I am living in the West, I can tell you that corruption is more here than in Africa . I dont want any people in Africa to be taken advantage of and they have been terribly. Africans need to stop the corruption in their countries governments by using harsh punishments for bribes and term limits. America could use some of that same advice but Africa has a much bigger problem with corruption right now. Africa has great wealth in minerals and oil and they could be self sufficient and relatively wealthy if they could get their governments under control. Actually I believe that a a large corporation could be hired to run an African country strictly like a business until they were stable and had their economy under control and then transition to a democratic form of government....with strict term limits and harsh punishments for any corruption. Unfortunately, I don't think that any black African country country can form a responsible government because of the deep divisions most have in them. Hopefully someday Africans will be able to get the full benefit of their lands great riches and they will be used for the peoples best interests.
