Everett pastor plans benefit to aid tsunami victims in his native Samoa

Michael O'Leary / The Herald Kila Leapaga operates the Ray of Hope Mission in Everett, providing free breakfasts Tuesday through Friday from 7 to 11 a.m. Leapaga and the mission are hosting a fundraiser today to aid in Samoa disaster relief.
