Mystics Hope to Build Something Bigger

Full story: The Washington Post

The day after the Washington Mystics were swept out of the WNBA playoffs by the Indiana Fever, General Manager Angela Taylor turned her thoughts to the future. Although the Mystics accomplished a primary goal for the first year of the franchise's latest rebuilding effort by reaching the postseason for the first time in three seasons, plenty of work remains. Taylor's next task is to find ways for Washington to build on its 16-18 record and take the next step toward playing for a league championship in the next three to five years.

Daily Horoscope for January 3

Taurus

The steadier you are now, the better: this is not the time to throw caution to the wind and be exceptionally attentive to details. If anything, labour the point and you'll find in a few days' time that you are really glad you did. Friends will be able to give your morale a big boost at the moment, if you're in need of support. Team relationships and efforts work tremendously well at the moment. Why fly solo if you don't need to?
