Gregorio Camacho Sablan of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands and co-sponsored by Congressman Faleomavaega Eni along with two other territorial delegates, the bill - which has 16 different sections - is assigned to the U.S. House Committee on Natural Resources as well as other congressional committees with oversight on specific provisions within the measure.
