According to a release issued to Agerpres by the Iasi Border Police Territorial Service, 13 people - five men, two women and six children - of Afro-Asian origin were tracked down near the border locality of Chersacosu, close to the Prut River, and another two Syrian citizens aged 39 and 40 were detected with the thermographic vision equipment near the Vetrisoaia locality, as they were attempting to illegally enter Romania from the Republic of Moldova, with the intention to get to Germany.
