Three Russian intelligence officers arrested in Georgia
Georgian police arrested three Russian servicemen in the village of Upper NIkozi of Tskhinvali. APA reports that the arrested servicemen were handed over to the Russian troops’ headquarters in Tskhinvali in the presence of European Union observers.
