    Through a general memorandum issued this week, Gov. Lolo Matalasi Moliga ordered all flags in American Samoa to be flown at half-staff beginning at sunrise today until sunset tomorrow in honor of the late Sen. Fa'agata Mano Fa'agata III, who passed away last month. Lolo says flying flags at half-staff for the two days, will be in "remembrance of Senator Fa'agata's outstanding public service and dedication to building and leading our beloved territory."
