    When SEGA released their first batch of eight 3D Classics on the Nintendo 3DS eShop last year, they told fans that the second batch being released outside of Japan would depend on how well the first batch performed sales-wise. Fortunately, it looks like gamers voted with their wallets, because SEGA of America and SEGA Europe have both announced that the second batch of SEGA 3D Classics will be making its way westward in 2015! No firm release dates have been announced, but the releases will begin with 3D After Burner II in "early 2015," with 3D Fantasy Zone , 3D Fantasy Zone II , 3D OutRun , and 3D Thunder Blade to follow on a monthly basis.

    A new batch of Sega 3D Classics will be coming to 3DS in the west early in 2015, Sega has confirmed. Each game will aim to replicate the full arcade experience, right down to the mechanical sounds of the arcade machines themselves, but will also add new modes, options and original music tracks.

    Although many games available this month have been a part of the Club Nintendo program before, there are definitely some winners here. It is a little strange to NOT see the original N64 Smash Bros available on the Wii Virtual Console given the launch success of the 3DS version and the Wii U version a month away, but there are plenty of titles here worthy of your Coins.
