    The American Public Power Association supports a House bill, the Commodity End-User Relief Act, that would reauthorize the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and also amend a number of changes that were made to the Commodity Exchange Act by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. The House measure "includes important relief for public power utilities and other end-users seeking to use swaps to hedge commercial-operations risks," said APPA President and CEO Sue Kelly in a May 13 letter to the leaders of the House Committee on Agriculture.
