    Police have seized a "large quantity" of stolen goods following the arrests of a pair of persistent shoplifters who targeted Beverley. Officers are now hoping to return the goods to the shops from which they were stolen, and are appealing for any shopkeepers in the town to get in touch if they believe they may have been the victims of Billy Jo Smith and Mark Kelly .
