    Harry Shearer , a voice cast member on Fox's "The Simpsons" through its 26 seasons, and going back to its days when it began on "The Tracey Ullman Show," is leaving the animated comedy. Shearer voices a number of characters on the show, including Mr. Burns, Ned Flanders, Smithers, Principal Skinner and Otto the bus driver, and producer Al Jean says those characters will continue with someone else providing the voices.
