    Shipping through the Tulsa Port of Catoosa rebounded last month after all locks on the navigation system re-opened to traffic after repairs were made to the W.D. Mayo Lock & Dam 14. Officials say total October barge shipping through the port was 147,158 tons - bringing the year's total to more than 1.9 million tons. Inbound steel increased by nearly 8,000 tons, nearly all of it imported from Russia and China.

The Denver Post reports a federal judge in Oklahoma sentenced Jesse Michael Greenwald on Wednesday and ordered him to pay $4.4 million in restitution.
