    I tried to load some images and applet.getImage worked nice except that it returns an Image, and not a BufferedImage which is what I need ... Then I tried ImageIO.read and it worked in my Applet Viewer . Now, will this work in browser? And if not, how can I convert an Image to BufferedImage.
