    First Horizon National Corp., the parent company of First Tennessee bank, said Wednesday it has reached a deal to acquire Raleigh, N.C.-based TrustAtlantic Financial Corp. The deal, valued at around $80 million according to a regulatory filing, is subject to approval by regulators and TrustAtlantic's shareholders. "The vibrant communities in North Carolina and the attractive relationships TrustAtlantic has developed make this an exciting partnership for First Tennessee and First Horizon," Bryan Jordan, First Horizon's chairman and CEO, said in the release.
