    Police say an armed apartment invasion in Concord, New Hampshire, resulted in the arrest of two men on robbery-related charges, and the resident on drug charges and endangering the welfare of a child. Police said the resident knew one of the men and allowed him in on April 10. Then a second man appeared with a handgun and pointed it at the resident and his 11-year-old son.

    PORTSMOUTH – RE/MAX INTEGRA on Thursday released its New England March Monthly Housing Report, which showed year-over-year sales for the six-state region increased by 1 percent. Pending sales were up 9.2 percent over March 2014 and up 43.1 percent over February 2015.  According to the report, home transactions in New Hampshire increased 3.4 percent year-over-year, and the median sales price increased 10.3 percent, rising from $195,000 to $215,000.
