    Montana State Prison officials say an elderly inmate serving a 134 year sentence passed away Tuesday night of an extended illness. MSP spokeswoman Linda Moodry says James Burt Dieziger, 70, died at the prison around 9:30 p.m. In 1971, Dieziger was sentenced to 35 years in prison out of Teton county for one count of Robbery and two counts Grand Larceny.
