OPA chief Igmedio Tabianan said that so far, two flying hours have already been conducted, and 40 hours more will be done until the rainy season starts in May. "Areas with usual seedable clouds are in the northern part or in the mountainous area of the province," he said.

In a 37-page decision, Silay City RTC Branch 69 Judge Felipe Banzon found Ayalin guilty for four counts of qualified direct assault with murder and was sentenced to a penalty of reclusion perpetua, or a maximum of 40 years of imprisonment, for each count.
