Through two sets, it looked as if Mississippi State might cruise to a straight-sets victory over Tennessee after jumping out to a 25-18, 29-27 lead, but after rally by the Lady Volunteers, the Bulldogs corrected their course and picked up a 25-18, 29-27, 18-25, 19-25, 15-13 victory Friday night in the Pink Out game at Newell-Grissom to earn their first win in SEC play in the 2014 season.
