    John Denver has been gone a long time but if he were able to watch from above he surely would have been pleased to hear 60,000 people spontaneously break out singing his version of "Country Roads" at the end of West Virginia's 41-27 upset win over Baylor on Saturday. After a difficult stretch in the last half of 2012 and all of 2013, Mountaineer fans were releasing some pent up enthusiasm as WVU continued its improvement in 2014 and frankly has exceeded all expectations thus far.
