    A suspect who fled the state after allegedly shooting a man in the head, leaving the victim in a vegetative state, was arrested Saturday at a bus station as he arrived back in Louisville. Police say the victim, Louis E. Charlton Jr., identified 19-year-old Javonte L. Grant as the shooter before losing consciousness on August 28. Charlton was taken to University of Louisville Hospital in critical condition and has never regained consciousness.
