    The Jefferson County Coroners Office said Joseph Thomas, 45, of Louisville, died after he was shot inside of a home in the 6600 block of Sylvania Road around 10:30 p.m. Oct. 21. Thomas was found by Louisville Metro Police inside of a multi family home. Alicia Smiley, a department spokeswoman, said it was unclear whether or not Thomas lived there.
