    A motorcyclist killed Sunday after he hit a pickup head-on near Millerton Lake has been identified by the Fresno County Coroner as Joseph Chiles, 22, of Fresno. The California Highway Patrol said Chiles was traveling west on Millerton Road near Marina Drive when his motorcycle drifted into the eastbound lane, where it collided with a black Cadillac Escalade pickup just after 3:30 p.m. The truck's driver slammed on his brakes and swerved but could not avoid the motorcyclist.
