    The Fort Morgan School District Board of Education will vote to revamp its home schooling policy on third reading Dec. 3. The changes and additions in the policy, once approved, will accomplish two things, said Public Information Officer Karen Temple. It will allow the district to be paid for home-schooled students who are enrolled in the district part-time and keeps parents from enrolling their children in the school district after Oct. 1. Temple said the district has always allowed home-schooled students to participate in district classes, like FFA, choir and band, but were not allowed to include those kids in pupil enrollment count, a method which dictates district funding based on student enrollment.
