    On Tuesday, January 06, 2015 at approximately 10:33 PM, the Kentucky State Police Post 11, London received a report of a single-vehicle fatal traffic crash on Tacket Creek Road in Whitley County. Upon arrival Trooper Les Moses determined that a 1996 Toyota Tacoma operated by Cody A. Satterfield, 18, of Williamsburg was traveling northbound on Tacket Creek Road when his vehicle dropped off the left shoulder of the roadway, overturned and struck a tree.

    Troopers received the call on Tuesday at 10:33p.m. Upon arriving at the scene, troopers discovered that a 1996 Toyota Tacoma operated by Cody Satterfield, 18, of Williamsburg had ran off Tacket Creek Road and struck a tree. A man died and a woman suffered injuries in a single-vehicle crash in Powell County Tuesday afternoon.

    On Monday, December 29, 2014 at approximately 8:08 AM, the Kentucky State Police Post 11, London received a report of fatal traffic crash on KY HWY 92 in Whitley County. Upon arrival Accident Reconstructionist Trooper Don Trosper determined that a 2008 Honda Civic operated by Cindy A. Tackett, 23, of Rockholds was traveling eastbound when she lost control of her vehicle in a curve, crossed the center-line and struck a 1999 Honda Civic head-on which was traveling westbound being operated by Charles N. Mcintosh, 20, of Williamsburg.
