A 2008 Kia SUV being operated by 58-year-old Jean M. Miner of Fort Edward failed to stop at a red traffic signal at the intersection of Quaker Road and Highland Ave. The Kia was struck by a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze being operated by 19-year-old Lauren M. Daley-Therrien of Hudson Falls.
