    Police say 31-year-old Roxi Smith of Queensbury was charged Tuesday with Welfare Fraud in the Third degree, Grand Larceny in the Third degree and Offering a False Instrument for Filing in the First degree relating to a Welfare fraud report from the Warren County Department of Social Services. Officials say Smith failed to report the changes to her household to the Warren County Department of Social Services which is a requirement to maintain or continue to receive public assistance benefits.
