    According to the Warren County Sheriff's Office, they were contacted on Wednesday regarding a report that Child Protective Service's received of a child who was possibly sexually abused by a relative. The Sheriff's Office says that the suspect was identified as Bradley Swart, 58. Following an investigation, Swart was located in Gloversville and returned to Warren County where he was charged with one count of sexual abuse in the first degree, a felony.

Burns pleaded guilty in April to second-degree murder. If he had been convicted at trial, he would have faced 25 years to life for killing Patricia Burns.
